We're not asking you to be unstoppable or live up to some other glamorized idea of power and success. We’re inviting you to be totally and completely human, and to build a business that's EASY FOR YOU, just as you are, doing what you do!
You might be asking, ”But how is that possible?” Here's your gentle invitation to stop being a "but"-head. Stop running yourself ragged, and open up to the possibility of a new way.

Say goodbye to the same-old busy and overstimulating networking-focused conferences that try to pack everything into one day. The ones where you feel lost in the crowd as you try to learn while moving from one room to the next without any space to breathe. Where you have to put your game face on all day and then spend the next 2 days recovering from it all.

Our 5th She Goes High Summit is an intimate, hands-on, personalized experience that supports you in creating a focused plan for your success. This is a day where you’re treated to ease and spaciousness while “working” to create your next step towards a business and life that works for you.

The She Goes High Summit is an all-inclusive, full day event for leaders like you, if you believe:

You're ready to step more fully into your potential. The world is ready for you to play a bigger game and you're ready, too (even if you're also a little nervous!)

You are going to lead change in the world and you need the support of others to be the leader you're meant to be (especially if you're a little nervous!)

You want engaging, interactive, and relevant training as you grow into your inspirational leadership because you've got some big dreams and plans!
This summit is an expansive experience for you to get inspiration, hands-on training, and introvert-friendly community all in one place. (Extroverts are welcome, too, though we do things a little differently in order to make introverts and neurodiverse folks comfortable at our events!)
You’ll spend the day exploring the question, “what if it’s easy?” while finding ways to embody ease as you create a strategic plan for your next steps forward!
This plan is NOT a notebook filled with notes and business tactics that you’ll never look at again. Instead, you’ll be guided through a strategic planning process to create a personalized strategy that makes it easy for you to succeed.
Your strategic plan will include goal setting, planning, and identifying milestones and key performance indicators to see if you’re on the right track.
What makes our planning process special is that we include often overlooked import steps to:

Establish your life and business values and culture to make sure you’re focusing on the things that are important to you.

Start where you are right now, instead of where you “should” be and know that that’s ok.

Honor the way your brain works. Your unique differences that make the “right way” hard for you can actually be strengths!

She Goes High is a community of leaders in Northern Colorado. We help women, nonbinary, and gender fluid leaders build confidence and dispel doubts, in a positive, authentic, and welcoming community.

Pictures and Accessibility
The BBB is ADA accessible with handicap parking and ramps leading from street level to the sidewalk and little to no lip at the entrance of the door. All parking is free and close to the building.
Bathrooms are spacious and ADA accessible, although some of the doors can be heavy to open.
